DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - City of Duluth and St. Louis County officials will be celebrating the grand opening of the new Public Safety Building on Wednesday. The new facility at 2030 Arlington Road, will house the St. Louis County Sheriff's Department, 9-1-1 communications and the Duluth Police Department. A news conference will feature remarks from Mayor Don Ness, Police Chief Gordon Ramsay, County Board Chair Keith Nelson and Sheriff Ross Litman. A public open house is planned for Wednesday evening from 5 to 7 p-m.
