DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - A special observance to mark the tenth anniversary of the 9-11 terrorist attacks is being held on Sunday at the DECC in Duluth. The event will commemorate the victims of that fateful day and will honor the brave men and women who responded to assist in a multitude of ways. Duluth Mayor Don Ness will host the observance and there will be speakers from various faith and cultural groups and music from local artists. The community observance will be held at the DECC's Symphony Hall at 1 p-m Sunday and will last about an hour.
