SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) - If the city of Sheboygan needs a second election to decide the mayoral recall, it will be held in conjunction with the regular Spring Primary on February 21st.  City Clerk Sue Richards said she received word today from the Government Accountability Board approving that scenario.  The recall primary is set for January 17th and if no one gets a majority of the vote, the second election will be needed.  Richards said without the GAB approval, there would have been a run-off for mayor on February 14th and then the regular election a week later.  She said this will save the city time and money, and be better for the voters.
