The Superior City Council has joined Duluth in banning synthetic marijuana. On a 9-1 vote, the council action will ban the use, possession, distribution and sale of synthetic marijuana products. The ordinance is based on a similar measure that was adopted by the city of Eau Claire and is even more restrictive than the ban recently passed in Duluth.
