The major party candidates for Governor of Minnesota will be attending a forum Tuesday in Duluth.  The Chamber of Commerce is hosting the event at 8 a-m in the Duluth Playhouse at the Depot.  The event is free and open to the public and features D-F-L candidate Mark Dayton, Republican candidate Tom Emmer and Tom Horner the Independence Party candidate.
