The Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) has been awarded $4.2 million under the Obama administrations Social Innovation Fund to extend the reach of LISC Financial Opportunity Centers. Duluth LISC along with eight other LISC offices around the nation are gearing up to help low and moderate income families realize lasting economic stability with these grant funds.
