GREEN BAY, Wis. (WTAQ) - A Brown County judge has denied a request by one of the Monfils six for a new trial. Rey Moore and his attorneys argued that one of the witnesses at Moore's original trial lied and he should get a new trial. However the judge felt differently about the evidence. Moore was one of 6 men convicted in 1995 of conspiring to kill Green Bay mill worker Tom Monfils.
