CARRIE UNDERWOOD BECOMES AMBASSADOR FOR OLAY. Carrie Underwood has been named the first North American ambassador for Olay, a women’s skincare line. Olay is currently sponsoring Carrie’s Play On tour, and she will debut the new campaign in early 2011. When Carrie has been asked about her beauty secrets in the past, she’s said her only secret is taking care of herself. “I work out, I drink a lot of water — I just try to moisturize and kind of…it’s not all about the make-up and the stuff like that, the stuff that’s on the outside. It kind of starts from the things that you do before you go to bed or when you wake up in the morning, so it’s just…it’s kind of all the behind-the-scenes stuff that matters the most.” The Vice President of the Olay says, “Carrie epitomizes Olay’s mission to challenge possibilities and encourage a new generation of women to learn about skincare and make a noticeable impact on their skin’s appearance.” Carrie remembers her mother using the line which is one reason she wanted to endorse Olay. She says, “I love that Olay has managed to change with the times, yet stay in touch with women of all ages who want affordable skincare products that do what they promise. Olay’s inspiring campaign echoes my beliefs and feels deeply personal to me.”
LEE BRICE BREAKS BILLBOARD’S RECORD WITH “LOVE LIKE CRAZY.” Lee Brice’s hit “Love Like Crazy,” has set the new record for a song with the most weeks spent on Billboard’s Country Songs chart, with 55 weeks. “Love Like Crazy” has surpassed Eddy Arnold’s “Bouquet Of Roses” which began it’s 54-week run in 1948 and was a 19-week number one song. The song is currently number three on the country singles chart. When he first heard the song, he thought about the love his grandparents shared. “They were together almost 60 years before granddaddy died a few years ago. And when I heard this song for the first time, I thought about them. And that brought me back to a time, nothing but joy comes out of that kind of memory, ya know.” Lee thought if it made him happy to hear “Love Like Crazy” and think about his grandparents, he thought his fans could relate and therefore recorded the song.

LYRICS:
"I came to town with a big old dream and a pair of baggy blue jeans
My new record label said if I want to fit in I got to change a few things
So I got me a nice little tight t shirt, gel’d my hair and tossed my old ball cap
Then I found me some jeans at the ladies store and even at the baby gap
Yeah these jeans are mighty tight
No squatting, no sitting or they’ll go to ripping at the seams
To make em fit just right
You can’t wear underwear
You don’t want em to see your tighty whites
Yeah I might be chaffing tomorrow
Cuz these jeans are mighty tight
All my buddy’s back home wondering what’s going on
And why I dress the way that I do
Well it’s hard to explain why someone would pay so much for clothes without any room
But the day I traded those extra larges and put on some extra smalls
made me feel I got swagger, just like mick jagger
But ... its hard to take em off
Cuz these jeans are mighty tight
No squatting, no sitting or they’ll go to ripping at the seams
To make em fit just right
You can’t wear underwear
You don’t want em to see your tighty whites
Yeah I might be chaffing tomorrow
Yeah I might be chaffing tomorrow
Cuz these jeans are mighty tight"
